Learn to bake sourdough from someone who’s messed it up every way possible.
So you don’t have to!
I’ve spent years baking sourdough every week — and made every mistake you can think of along the way. Overproofed loaves, underbaked bottoms, gummy middles, and dense disasters. I’ve learned (usually the hard way) how to coax a beautiful, flavorful loaf out of flour, water, and time. I’ve read a few books, watched some YouTube videos but mostly learned from doing. There is one thing a video can’t teach you and that is what dough feels like when it is ready.
This class is my way of passing on what I’ve learned — the successes and the failures — so you can skip the frustrating parts and dive right into baking your own sourdough with confidence.
Over the course of a single class, you’ll mix dough by hand, see what properly fermented dough feels like, shape a loaf, practice scoring, and taste fresh bread — all while learning how to maintain your starter and bake amazing bread at home.
